Our Process

At our initial contact, be it by phone or email, we'll discuss whether a design consultation is required or we can go direct to discussing a scope of works. We'll then make a time with you, at your convenience, to visit your property and discuss the project or service in greater detail.

Once you have considered our quotation and would like to proceed, the quote is accepted and signed off, the initial deposit paid and a start date booked. Any amendments to the quote can be made prior to signing of the contract.

Next we will order any materials and keep you up to date with our existing work load, to let you know if the start date is still on schedule. We finish our previous jobs as a priority before we start yours. Once we start your job, it becomes our top priority.

During the job please feel free to be there as much or as little as you like. We invoice weekly and payment is required prior to the start of the next working week.

Upon completion we encourage you to view the completed job with us and require the final invoice to be paid. After 1 month we schedule a follow up meeting to review the job, ensuring everything is on track.
